Burgundy Jazz

Context

Folklore developed the web section, the digital book and the content manager for the webdoc Jazz Petite-Bourgogne, which outlines the history of jazz in the Little Burgundy borough in Montreal.

Webdoc

The interactive experience takes place during an interactive documentary available on desktop or tablet. The visitor can learn about the history of jazz in the Little Burgundy borough by checking out a large quantity of audio, video and text content laid out on an interactive time line.

E-book

A digital book was also developed to offer content complimentary to the one of the interactive experience. The software iBooks Author was used to produce this book which includes certain interactive sections.

CMS

To allow the organization of the content and make it available on the iPhone application and in the webdoc, a content manager was developed. It was used by the team in charge of the content to manage and organize the different elements forming part of the interactive documentary (texts, videos, audio excerpts).
